At 1nonlyhair, we take pride in providing high-quality lace products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair products, including wigs, bundles, or lace items, unless stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements are only granted under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item, or
- The product is defective upon arrival
To qualify:
- Item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging
- Lace must not be cut and hair must not be tampered with
